Processing Time

All handmade gold-plated and semi-precious stone accessories are crafted and inspected with care. Orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.



Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Handmade Item Variations

Due to the nature of handmade gold-plated pieces and semi-precious stones, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or value of the product.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be in production or processing.
